I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room had a stunning view over the gardens towards the sea and was equipped with a super comfy bed, a lovely seating area to enjoy the views, and a huge bathroom with a stand alone roll top bath. The balcony was lovely to soak up some sunshine. The service was fantastic with attentive staff from the moment we arrived. The location was immaculate, perfect for golf or just enjoying Troon. The dining experience was a bit chaotic with food arriving at different times. The facilities were great, however, the breakfast options were limited on the first day.
The hotel offers a mix of luxury and some minor inconveniences. The rooms are large and luxurious, with lovely views to the coast, but the small shower cubicle could be better. Dining has its issues, but overall, a treat with a variety of options. The facilities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely splendid! The rooms are exquisite, and I loved having a private balcony. The only tiny improvement would be to have dampers on the doors for quieter closures.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms with jacuzzi, followed by fantastic massage treatments, plenty of storage space, lovely dining experience, excellent staff, and a stunning whisky collection. The rooms are extremely spacious with beautiful views of the gardens and sea, though slightly chilly initially remedied with a fan heater upon request.
